EY is one of the Big Four, one of the four largest audit and consulting global companies, with presence in 150 countries and more than 160,000 employees, 4,000 of them located in Spain. Since 2012, GKM Consulting has collaborated with EY in the joint execution of projects, mainly related to financial statements consolidation of large groups, and cost accounting system audit, review and optimization.

ABBVIE is a research-driven biopharmaceutical company, with more than 30,000 employees, born in 2012. Since then, GKM Consulting has been preparing the Consolidated Annual Report of the Group formed by the companies located in Spain, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay.

Since 2016, GKM Consulting has performed the financial statements conversion and consolidation of the Group involving the companies located in España, Chile, United Kingdom, Colombia, Mexico, SouthAfrica, United States and Argentina.

ALVAC is a civil engineering group whose activities pivot around the production, maintenance and repair of public works, with international presence in Spain, Chile, Peru and the United States. In 2019, GKM Consulting has been selected to prepare the consolidated financial statements of the +60 companies of the Group, as well as the Non Financial Information Consolidated Statement.

ALD AUTOMOTIVE is the second largest vehicles leasing and renting company in Europe, and the third in the world, with a total fleet of more than 1 million vehicles. In 2014, GKM Consulting was engaged to perform the optimization and efficiency analysis of ALD internal processes in Spain. We detected more than 60 improvement areas (from low to critical issues).

FCA Capital is the financial company working for some of the most important automotive brands (Fiat, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Abarth). From 2007 to 2010, GKM Consulting engaged several punctual and recurrent projects, such as preparation and continuous update of internal processes manuals, optimization and efficiency analysis, internal restructuring (e.g. insourcing and outsourcing of whole departments), transfer of the renting activity branch to ALD in 2010, assumption of Chrysler Group purchase by Fiat Group in 2009, and other.

ALLIANCE MEDICAL is Europe’s largest provider of outsourced diagnostic imaging and related services. GKM Consulting completed the company’s Audit Pack and Corporate Report to be sent to the Parent company, including the conversion of the financial statements from Spanish GAAP to IFRS.

In 2014, GKM Consulting was engaged to prepare the transfer pricing memorandum of the Group to document the transactions between related companies and the internal transfer pricing policies. GKM Consulting was also selected to design and implement the cost accounting system to allow the Group (by clients and projects).
